Certification and appraisal
Center stones ship with their original IGI or GIA report, and the report number is engraved in our records against your order. A written replacement appraisal is included for insurance scheduling.

Care, returns and repairs
Lifetime care covers cleaning, re-polishing, rhodium refresh on white metals and prong tightening. Stones lost through a manufacturing fault in the setting are replaced at no cost.
Reappraise or return an unworn piece within 30 days of delivery. Bespoke commissions can be redesigned within the same window.
